Customers in the Western New York service area can receive several money-saving rebates for air-sealing, insulation and weather weatherization upgrades. These imrpovments save energy, lower utility bills and enhance indoor comfort year round.

Conservation Incentive Program Year 2026

Rebate information for equipment installed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.

Rebates are available for the following items, providing they were installed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.

All eligible measures must be installed by a licensed contractor or a contractor that can supply you with a Federal ID (tax) number, a Certificate of Insurance, or a Business Certificate.

In order for a rebate application to be considered complete and processed, the following information must be supplied for installations and thermostats:

  • Paid invoice or receipt(s) indicating the retailer/contractor name, business address, phone and one of the following: Federal ID (tax) number, Certificate of Insurance or Business Certificate.

For HVAC Equipment Controls

  1. Manufacturer and complete model number of the equipment installed.
  2. Product installation date.

NOTE: Rebates are available for existing single-family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, and mobile homes.
Eligible smart thermostats must be ENERGY STAR certified.

Rebates save emergy and money

All eligible measures must be installed by a licensed contractor or a contractor that can supply you with a Federal ID (tax) number, a Certificate of Insurance, or a Business Certificate. The only exception to this is an ENERGY STAR®-labeled gas clothes dryer installation.

In order for a rebate application to be considered complete and processed, the following information must be supplied for furnaces, boilers, water heaters and Smart thermostats:

  1. Paid invoice or receipt(s) indicating the retailer/contractor name, business address, phone and one of the following: Federal ID (tax) number, Certificate of Insurance or Business Certificate.
  2. Manufacturer and complete model number of the equipment installed.
  3. AFUE (efficiency) rating for natural gas furnace or boiler.
  4. Product installation date.

NOTE: Rebates are available for existing single-family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, mobile homes and new builds.
Eligible smart thermostats must be ENERGY STAR certified.
